We begin processing orders quickly, but we will make a reasonable effort to help with a cancellation request.

Before fulfillment

Call +1 917 639 6395 or email support@fasttrack1nyinc.net immediately with your order number. An order can be cancelled only if it has not entered fulfillment, been customized, or shipped. A request is not confirmed until we send written cancellation confirmation.

After fulfillment begins

If cancellation is no longer possible, you may use the return process after delivery if the merchandise is eligible. Do not refuse delivery unless our support team instructs you to do so, because carrier return fees may apply.

Merchant cancellation

We may cancel an order because of inventory, pricing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, sanctions or legal restrictions, or inability to deliver. If payment was captured, we will submit a refund to the original payment method.
