We offer a clear 30-day return window for eligible merchandise, measured from confirmed delivery.

Return eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, free of fragrance or cosmetic marks, and returned with original tags, accessories, and packaging. We may decline or reduce a refund when returned merchandise does not meet these conditions, subject to applicable law.

Items that cannot be returned

Final-sale items, gift cards, personalized or altered products, intimate goods with a removed hygiene seal, and products clearly identified as non-returnable are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not limit remedies for merchandise that arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from the listing.

How to start a return

Submit the Return Request using the order number and checkout email. Wait for written return authorization and instructions before shipping. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused. Unless the product was damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Inspection and refund timing

We will notify you after the return is received and inspected. Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error or the law requires otherwise.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as reasonably possible with the order number, a description, and clear photos of the product and packaging. Keep the item and packaging until we provide instructions.
